Your gift-card questions
How does the recipient use the card?
They visit the Book page, pick a slot and enter the card code at checkout. The corresponding amount is deducted from the total.
Valid weekdays and weekends?
Yes, the card covers the matching team rate on any day. If the team is larger than the gifted format, only the difference is paid at booking.
How long is the card valid?
12 months from the purchase date. After this, the card cannot be used or refunded.
Can I gift a birthday or team-building format?
Yes — for those specific formats (from 10 people), contact us and we'll issue a custom gift card.
Is the card refundable?
No, gift cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
How can I get a physical card?
By default the card is delivered by email (printable). For a physical version, write to us and we'll prepare an envelope to pick up on site.
